Sparkling Fall Nails

Good evening everyone :) Hope you guys had a great week. One of the 1st things I first notice on people is their hands & nails. Having nice clean nails doesn't take much time or money. I put together a little video to hopefully save you some time & money. I am sure you are all ready to get your weekend started, so why not begin by pampering yourself with an at home manicure.

Quick & Easy Twist & Turns

Hello. Everyone. Hope you had a fantastic week. I wanted to get this to you guys before the week started but in a not so smart move of mine, I forgot to save my edits. So, i just spent the last 3hrs re-shooting & editing this video.
I remember being in such a trance the 1st time I watched  Mami doing a fishtail braid on 1 of my sisters. In less than 2hrs I had it perfected & I was on my way to braid every single one of my dolls hair. Here I am about 25yrs later still incorporating a braid into my daily hairstyle.
Whether it's braiding my front area into a cute bohemian crown, my grown up Pocahontas pigtails or adding texture to a never out of style classic chignon, I am never tired of them. What I love about them is their versatility. Yes. Of course they look absolutely adorable on lil girls but they are so easily translated for adults.
Follow the link to my video, where I'll show you how to do two different hairstyles incorporating braids. One done with a fishtail braid & the other with a regular 3 strand braid. Once you get the basic idea on how to do the actual braid, styling it up is up to your own personal preference. As this week goes by I will post up pictures of my braided up hairstyles I decide to wear :)

Welcome. Hello & Thank You.

Welcome to a place where you are bound & encouraged to OD on all things beauty, fashion, life, art & love. Growing up in a huge family, raised by a grandmother who was a Seamstress and a mother who is a Hairdresser, this is in my blood. It is no surprise that I chose to become a freelance Make-Up Artist & Hairdresser. What was considered playtime for me as a child has definitely worked in my favor as an adult. There are so many things I mixed & played with that I'm excitedly looking forward to serving up many of my tricks & beauty insights with the hope to making your life a bit easier.

Get ready to get "TWISTED" next week ; )
